House Rules

1. No good deed goes unpunished.
2. The Triplets don't have to have fun my way.
3. The Triplets are little people, not robots.
4. I will not make the Triplets eat food that tastes good.
5. If you don't like the way I do it, learn to do it yourself
6. Don't do the crime if you can't do the time.
7. Who's happy if Daddy gets involved... NO ONE!

Why I stay at home with three year old Triplets....

#1 We always said we did not want to have a child (who knew we would have three) just to let someone else raise them. Here are some other reasons that I no longer work "outside the house."

I don't want someone else putting their morals and values on our kids.

They may not do as I ask but... Just try putting an employee in the corner for time out

I am now virtually guaranteed a nap most days.

The Triplets may cry, hit and bite but... You can't make most employees happy by turning on Sesame Street

I know this sounds SWEET but keep in mind....

There are NO days off
You get NO sick days
You work weekends
12+ hour days
You cannot fire a child, you can an employee:)

My background

I worked in Corporate America for 14 years then everything changed with the birth of triplets in 2006; Jackson, Addison, and William. After having a GREAT Nanny while living in TX I decided to stay at home with the kids after my wife received a promotion to Birmingham, Alabama. I have not regretted the decision one day.
