William's request

As a parent I try to fill most of the requests of my children. Some are easy, some are difficult and some... well, they just make you smile. That was the case the other day when William came up to me after coloring at the kitchen table. He handed me the paper and said "Daddy, will you put this on the Internet please?"

My answer... "I would love to"

Whatever they grow up to be, they are still our children, and the one most important of all the things we can give to them is unconditional love. Not a love that depends on anything at all except that they are our children.

Children begin by loving their parents; as they grow older they judge them; sometimes, they forgive them
