The CFO had another GREAT idea recently.
Well actually she had it a while back but we just recently implemented it:) Each day there is a "Triplet of the Day." They get to choose EVERYTHING!
Remember, I give them the choices:) You will not hear many open ended questions around here. They choose what we eat, what we watch, they get to open/close the doors, etc... This is our first full week and the kids LOVE it. They can tell you who is the Triplet of the Day and who is next. This has really helped with the "I want to do it!" syndrome. Now we just say "you can when you are Triplet of the Day."
We explain to their teachers that they take turns very well but sharing... well... not all the time. See, turns means you get it back. Sharing means you give it away. Funny how even at this young age the words you choose mean so much.
